Going to Pierce Street Market to show off vintage china

I’ve been writing my blog for several years, but just recently I decided I want to try my hand at renting china and decor for showers and parties.

I was excited to hear about Pierce Street Market, a new market that has only local and handmade items for sale. The location is breathtaking – on the water off Coachman Park in downtown Clearwater, FL.

This was all new to me, but I set up a full table with my mismatched vintage china, crystal and teapots, along with a floral arrangement I made of hydrangeas, twigs and vines from my back yard.

You can see the photos along the side of the table that show examples of table settings for a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, Christmas and more.

It was fun day checking out so many other products – florals, clothing, soaps made from beeswax, smoothies, and other fun things. So many people stopped by to chat about their china, their grandmother’s china and ideas they had for upcoming parties.

Any day I get to talk about china is a good day for me!
