Jingle and Mingle party warms the Christmas season

I was so happy to be invited to my friends Lindsay and Andrew’s new home for their Jingle and Mingle Christmas gathering.

The young couple renovated and decorated this four-bedroom, two-bath home in a great neighborhood and recently moved in. I’m so impressed  that they were all set to decorate for Christmas and party!

I just love the warm farmhouse feel. I will be sharing a post soon about the renovation and decorating. For now, here are some photos I hope you enjoy.

Several types of homemade cookies awaited guests, along with a strawberry cake and pralines. It’s hard to see but the countertops are quartz with a sparkle to them!
The strawberry cake was delicious! The snowman hat is echoed again on the top of the Christmas tree and the huge lit Snowman in the front yard.
Lindsay makes sure all details are decorated.
A separate bar and wine refrigerator, with storage shelves, is a wonderful place to entertain with more goodies for guests. The meatballs with barbecue sauce and grape jelly were awesome!
President brie cheese is filled with a special sauce and  paired with green and apple slices, made by LIndsay’s clever mom, Jill.
Lindsay, her mom, Jill and I, ham it up for Christmas!

A friend’s dog joins in the party!
Love this large dining room, which gets its own tree! The china is set out, but she will add the glasses, napkins and silverware tomorrow.
Red plaid on the deer is echoed on the Christmas tree ribbons as well. I had not seen this updated Spode pattern. So cute!!
The other side of the large dining room. I spy a gorgeous china cabinet!
The dining room gets its own tree!
Lindsay’s china cabinet is gorgeous – and it’s one of the largest I’ve ever seen! Inside are two varieties of Spode and Lenox Holiday.
Another view of the china cabinet.
The main Christmas tree in the living room. The red plaid echoes the reindeer in the dining room.
